Order Cancellations

If you cancel an order after it has been made, you will be refunded after transaction fees are deducted.

PayPal transaction fees (5%) are non-refundable.

Returns and Refunds

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us and return the item within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

• Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.

• Please keep your online invoice.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment.

• Customers are responsible for any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

• If you originally received complimentary shipping, back and forth delivery fees will be incurred, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Promotional discounted items cannot be returned.

• Only purchases made directly from MC Baggers qualify for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
