Return & Exchange Policy
If cancellations are made after orders have been made, you will be refunded after transaction fees are deducted. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just contact us and and return it back within 30 days and we will refund or exchange the item. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Any product you return must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep your online invoice. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment. *Customers are responsible for any shipping cost and 15% of restock fee. For customers who originally received complimentary shipping, back and forth delivery fee will be incurred. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
